Overall, the Steam Edition is considered to be the more updated and improved version of FSX. **

The FSX, or Microsoft Flight Simulator X, is considered to be realistic in terms of its graphics, flight physics, and aircraft systems simulation. The game provides a highly detailed and immersive experience for virtual pilots, with accurate representations of real-world airports, weather conditions, and aircraft behavior. However, it is important to note that while the FSX is realistic in many aspects, it is still a simulation and may not perfectly replicate every aspect of real-world flying. Overall, the FSX is widely regarded as one of the most realistic flight simulation games available. **

Yes, FSX is still worth it for aviation enthusiasts and those who enjoy realistic flight simulation. Despite being released over a decade ago, FSX still offers a wide range of aircraft, detailed scenery, and a vibrant community of modders and developers creating new content. Additionally, with the availability of add-ons and mods, FSX can be customized to provide an immersive and realistic flight experience. While newer flight simulation platforms have been released, FSX remains a popular choice for those looking for a comprehensive and customizable flight simulation experience. **

In FSX, reverse thrust can be activated by pressing the F2 key on your keyboard. This will engage the reverse thrust on your aircraft's engines, allowing you to slow down and come to a stop more quickly after landing. It's important to use reverse thrust carefully and only when necessary, as it can put a lot of strain on the engines. Additionally, be sure to check the specific procedures for reverse thrust in the aircraft's operating manual to ensure safe and proper use. **

Yes, there are German checklists available for FSX. These checklists are created by flight simulation enthusiasts and are designed to help German-speaking users navigate through the pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures in FSX. They are often available for download on various flight simulation forums and websites catering to the German-speaking community. Using a German checklist can enhance the realism and immersion of the flight simulation experience for German-speaking users. **

In FSX, there are several waterplanes available for players to fly, including the iconic Grumman G-21A Goose, the versatile DHC-2 Beaver, and the amphibious Cessna 208 Caravan. These waterplanes offer players the unique experience of taking off and landing on water, as well as exploring various bodies of water in the virtual world of FSX. Each waterplane has its own set of characteristics and capabilities, providing players with a diverse range of options for their flying adventures. **

The FSX (Microsoft Flight Simulator X) may close unexpectedly due to a variety of reasons, including software conflicts, outdated drivers, or system resource limitations. It could also be caused by a corrupted game file or a problem with the installation. Additionally, if the computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for running the game, it may result in the FSX closing unexpectedly. Troubleshooting steps such as updating drivers, verifying game files, and checking system requirements can help address these issues. **
