While it may seem logical that the Stargate on Apophis' son's spaceship should not have worked, it is important to remember that the Stargate technology in the Stargate universe is highly advanced and can be adapted for various purposes. It is possible that Apophis or his allies were able to modify the Stargate on the spaceship to make it functional. Additionally, for the sake of storytelling and advancing the plot, it was necessary for the Stargate on the spaceship to work in order to create tension and drive the narrative forward. **

There is no current scientific evidence to suggest that the asteroid Apophis will hit Earth in the years 2029, 2036, or 2068. Apophis is a near-Earth asteroid that has been closely monitored by astronomers, and based on current calculations, the probability of impact during these years is extremely low. However, continued monitoring and research are important to accurately predict the asteroid's future path. **

NASA plans to use a spacecraft called the Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART) to deflect the asteroid Apophis from Earth in 2068. DART will crash into a smaller asteroid called Dimorphos, which is in orbit around a larger asteroid, to demonstrate the ability to change the trajectory of an asteroid. By impacting Dimorphos, DART will transfer enough kinetic energy to alter its orbit, showcasing a potential method for redirecting a threatening asteroid like Apophis away from Earth. This mission aims to test and validate the technology needed for planetary defense against potential asteroid impacts. **

Mattress covers that are recommended for dust mite protection are those that are specifically designed to be allergen-proof and have a pore size of less than 10 microns to prevent dust mites and their allergens from passing through. Look for covers that are made of tightly woven fabric and are also waterproof to protect against spills and stains. Additionally, it's important to choose a cover that is easy to wash and maintain to ensure long-term effectiveness in protecting against dust mites. **

If the asteroid Apophis were to crash into Earth in 2036 or 2068, it would likely have devastating consequences depending on its size and impact location. While the situation would not be exactly similar to the asteroid impact that led to the extinction of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago, it could still cause widespread destruction, tsunamis, fires, and potentially alter the Earth's climate. However, modern technology and early warning systems would likely allow for better preparation and potentially mitigation efforts to minimize the impact compared to what happened in the past. **

One affordable alternative to weather protection for patio covers is using outdoor fabric or canvas to create a DIY cover. This can be a cost-effective option for those looking to protect their patio furniture and space from the elements. Another option is to use a pergola with a retractable canopy, which can provide shade and protection from the sun and rain at a lower cost than a fully enclosed patio cover. **

If the asteroid Apophis were to crash into Earth in 2036 or 2068, it could have devastating consequences depending on its size and impact location. While it is unlikely to cause a mass extinction event like the one that occurred 65 million years ago when an asteroid wiped out the dinosaurs, it could still result in significant damage, such as tsunamis, wildfires, and climate changes. However, advancements in technology and early warning systems would likely allow for better preparation and potentially mitigate some of the impact. **

If the asteroid Apophis were to crash into Earth in 2036 or 2068, it would likely cause widespread devastation, including massive tsunamis, wildfires, and a significant impact on the global climate. While the effects would be catastrophic, it is unlikely to result in a mass extinction event like the one that occurred 65 million years ago when an asteroid wiped out the dinosaurs. Modern technology and scientific advancements would likely allow for better preparation and potentially even mitigation efforts to lessen the impact of such an event. **
